Grounded: give your money direction

Decide what your money is for and put it into practice

You want to get good with money. But you don’t know where to start – or what that could even mean for you.

Well here’s what that could actuallly look like:

You feel calm because you know what’s important to you and where you want your money to go.

You feel safe because you know what you need for the future and what you’re doing to build it.

You feel excited because you know what you can spend and enjoy – and you’re allowed to actually have fun with it.

You feel bold because you know what you want your money to make possible.

You feel ready to learn more, start investing and grow your wealth – because now you know what you’re growing it for.

Getting good with money isn’t about being good. It’s about having choices.

Grounded gives your money direction. You decide what matters to you, what you want your money to make possible, and what you need to do with what you have now – so you’re ready to grow it.

Your money can do more than pay the bills. It can give you freedom, choice and possibility.

Who this is for?

This program is for you if:

  • You earn good money, but still wonder where it all goes – or whether you’re doing the right things with it.
  • You want to enjoy spending your money without the guilt, second-guessing or nagging feeling that you should be doing something else with it.
  • You want more from your money and your future – you’re just not sure where to start.
  • You want to start investing and growing your wealth, but you’re not quite sure what needs to come first.
  • You know you’re capable of doing this. You just want some structure, support and accountability to move forward.

Grounded is for when you know you want more – and you’re ready to give your money the direction to get there.

What you’ll gain

By the end of the program, you will:

  • Know what matters to you and what you want your money to make possible.
  • Have your own intuitive framework for making money decisions based on what matters to you – not what you think you should be doing.
  • Recognise the patterns influencing your money and know what to do when they show up in real life.
  • Have practical tools you can come back to again and again as your money, priorities and life change.
  • Know where you’re going next – what you’re ready to do now and the financial capability you want to build from here.

Grounded is deliberately simple. These are practical, intuitive frameworks designed for real life – and you’ll use them long after the program ends.

What’s included

Here’s what you’ll receive:

  • Four live 75-minute online sessions in an interactive group setting, with space to ask questions, explore and put what you’re learning into practice.
  • Full access to session replays, so you can revisit anything you want to come back to.
  • Practical tools, handouts and frameworks designed to be used in real life.
  • Around 30–60 minutes between sessions to put what you’ve learned into practice.
  • A one-month follow-up session to check in on what’s changed and keep your momentum going.

Grounded stands on its own, giving you direction for your money and practical frameworks you’ll use for years to come.

And if you’re ready for more, you’ll receive priority access to The Path, with €400 of your Grounded investment credited towards your place.

Inside the program

Chapter 1. Direction

With Jessica
Give your money a why.
Get clear on what matters to you, what you want your money to make possible and where you want to head. You'll turn that into meaningful goals and take a practical first step towards making them happen.

Chapter 2. Awareness

With Helen
Understand what's influencing you.
Uncover the patterns and habits influencing how you use money. You'll learn to recognise them when they show up and start choosing what you want to do differently.

Chapter 3. Choice

With Jessica
Make money decisions that make sense to you.
Use a simple, intuitive framework to decide what deserves your money - and what doesn't. You'll also learn practical tools for navigating competing priorities and making decisions when emotions are running high.

Chapter 4. Possiblity

With Jessica and Helen
Put it into practice, then look forward.
Apply what you've learned to real decisions, work through anything that still feels sticky and decide what you want to build from here. We'll finish with one big question: what feels possible with money now?

Epilogue. The next chapter

See what's changed - and where you want to go next.
We'll come back together to see what's shifted since Grounded, celebrate what's working and look at anything that needs adjusting. Then we'll look forward to what you want to keep building from here.

Knowing what to do with money is only half the story.

Grounded FAQs

No. We talk about money without requiring you to share numbers, income, savings or anything else you’d rather keep private.

People are often surprised by just how much we can explore without getting into financial specifics. You’re always in control of what you choose to share.

Grounded runs live at xx CET / xx GMT / xx AEDT on:

TBC

The final session in March gives you some space to put what you’ve learned into practice before we come back together.

Depending on cohort size, a second session may be scheduled in the same week, you will be able to choose which time you prefer.

All sessions are recorded and uploaded after we meet, so you can catch up in your own time or revisit anything you want to come back to.

You’ll also have a WhatsApp group for updates and support throughout the program.

Knowing how to invest is one thing.

Knowing what matters to you, what you want your money to make possible, what gets in the way, and how to make confident decisions you trust makes everything that comes next easier.

That’s why I start here.

Absolutely.

Grounded is designed to stand on its own. You’ll leave with a clearer direction for your money and practical tools you can keep using as your finances and life evolve.

There’s no expectation that you continue into another program. Although I’m obviously hoping you’ll love it so much that you want to.

If you want to keep going, Grounded graduates receive priority access to The Path, my deeper financial education and investing program.

And for this round, because I believe Grounded is the best place to begin that journey, you’ll also receive a €500 credit towards The Path, valid for 12 months.

Yes. You can add two private one-to-one sessions for €400: one with Jessica Cooke for your practical money decisions and next steps, and one with Helen Maxwell for the patterns or blocks getting in the way.

They’re also a space to explore anything you’d prefer not to discuss in the group.

You’ll have ongoing access to the Grounded materials and session recordings, so you can return to them whenever you need them.

Yes.

If you refer someone outside my mailing list who joins Grounded or The Path, they’ll receive €100 off and you’ll receive a €200 credit.

You can use that credit towards Grounded itself, if there’s still a balance to pay, or towards a future DEFINANCE program.

Rewritten money stories

People came for help with money. They left thinking differently, acting differently – and doing things they’d put off for years.
